Garden Window Replacement Parts

A home owner from USA says:
Hi we purchased this Garden window probably in the 90s we are just checking to see if you have replacement parts for Garden windows. This Garden window apparently was used when it was installed unknown to me but I'm trying to understand the relationship of the 38 - 091 and 38-092 latches to these Steel catches that have been screwed in by hand. I don't think they're in the right place so if you have some sort of diagram or can show me if I just need to relate the steel pieces to the latch and also is that latch spring loaded or does it just flop around and rely on correct alinement with the steel Clips or some other item thanks Richard ps there are two steel clips both doing nothing and I only have one latch will one latch and steel clip at the bottom be the right thing to do. Thanks

Hello! Our 38-091 and 38-092 locks attach to a tie bar, which appears to be missing in these photos. You'll need to check an identical window in the house that still has an intact tie bar. I'm afraid we won't be able to make a recommendation without seeing a picture of the original hardware as a reference. In the meantime, you can see our selection of tie bars here.
