Gasket for lower window sash of Patriot Vinyl double hung window

Question

This gasket has a foam core and is encased in a soft vinyl sleeve with a molded lip that would slide into a channel in the lower sash of the Patriot window. These windows were installed in my new home in 2001.

It's tough to identify what you have from these photos. The original sample is too damaged for me to get a good idea of what shape it once took. That said, I'm reminded of our 58-170B. Look this over and see if this could possibly work as a replacement weatherseal.
