Gasket replacement on a interior opening commercail alumnium hopper window

A contractor from NYC says:
We had the original dimension of the gasket fabricated by a manufacturing company see attached shop drawing and we replaced the gasket and water tested the window.

Due to the windows age as well as some minor adjustments to the window and frame over the years, the original size is not making a tight enough seal when the window is closed and the hopper window meets up with the frame. WE are face sealing the pivot window above and are using your weep holes on the hopper window weeps. Does any of your standard size bulbs fit the dimensions of the metal slot we need to slide it into (the horizontal base piece)? If so are there bulb sizes we could try to see what gives us the best fit? We have 30,000 lineal feet to replace for this project.
