Gear in Milgard window is stripped out need recommendation on replacement

The gear that controls open and closing my Milgard window is stripped out, can you recommend a replacement? Attached are photos of the gear, the screws and model number. If you need additional information let me know.

Thank you for reaching out to us. This looks like the 39-253LB which uses the 39-529 (sold separately). The 39-451 cover and handle are also sold separately. Review the specifications and see if they match what you're searching for.
