Gear is missing teeth. Fails to engage screw drive.

Not sure if this is a left handed or right handed window crank. I'm looking from the inside towards the outside. I have some broken gear teeth that the gear drive fails to engage. All of the actuating arms are okay (L30841 & 20810). This house was built in 1991 and I'm assuming that's when this crank window was installed. Hopefully there are parts from that time still available today. The gears appeared to be press fitted into the base assembly. Probably a total replacement is necessary.
