Gear on my Vetter window arm is stripped

Question

I need to see if there are replacement parts for my 24-year-old Vetter casement windows. The gear is stripped and the window won't close for the left window.

Right window is also in need of help - the arm has disconnected from under the actual window. So I can't open or close it.

We can replace this operator, but we need to see it out of the window in order to identify. This would require opening it. Do you have an identical window nearby, perhaps the opposite side, that still has a working operator? We can use that as a reference.
