Gear tooth missing

Question

Hi, one of the teeth in the gear is missing so the crank slips when opening and closing. Is there a replacement crank I can order? Not sure what would be a match. I've been procrastinating fixing this for about three years and my daughter keeps asking me to fix it - it's her room's window ? Thank you.
