Geared bushings came out of operators!

somehow the homeowner lost out the "geared bushings" of 3 of his operators! Here is pic. Looks pretty standard. Thanks, Randy

I'm afraid that those bushings cannot be replaced. If they have come off, then it likely means that the gears have stripped out, which in turn means the whole operator has to be replaced.

So can you tell me what model, in this picture the operator could be?

Sure, I'd be happy to help you find a replacement. Could I see a few pictures of its arms, though? It's hard to tell exactly what model this is based on this picture. You can just open the window and take a picture of the arms as they are extended, that should be enough.

from our last message communication you informed me you needed pictures of the operator including with it cranked out. Hope you can help me thank you numbers are on the operator maybe they will correspond as to what do you have seen. thank you

Great, these pictures are perfect. Check out our 39-031 and 39-032. They look similar to me, but see if you agree.
