Hi,

The window in the pictures I included won't stay up when opened, and falls out of its track. Which parts do I need to order to fix that?

Hello there. It looks like this window uses a Coil Balance system. The coils literally springs in the window track that hold tension and help regulate the window's movement. From what I can see, this window uses a 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which is typically seen with either the 1/2" thick Series 160 Coil Balances or the 3/8" thick Series 165 springs. You'll need to remove your old hardware to determine exactly what you are working with. See the videos below, and let me know if you have questions.

Thanks for the detailed reply.
The window also doesn't stay latched at the top. Which latch should I be looking for?

There are a number of different tilt latches that might work with this setup, but based on the one I see in your photos I'd start by looking at the 26-243 and 26-244. Though the top 'lever' looks different, if the dimensions otherwise match this could work for you. Take a look and see what you think.
