casement window crank mechanism

A home owner from Cranston, Rhode Island says:

I included measurements in the photo of various parts. The markings on it are:

Inside housing: US Pat. 4505601, PAT CAN 1986, UK Pat. 2135397 and Made In USA

Etched on 5 inch arm: 30866, although it is a bit corroded.

I'll need both left and right side mechanisms, and I have already purchased the crank handles.

I originally ordered parts 39-089 and 39-090, but the arms were too long, and I'll have to return them.

Thank you, John

Thanks for writing in. Sorry to hear the 39-089 and 38-090 didn't work for you; you can view our Return Policy here. Take a look at the 39-187 and its opposite-handed counterpart, the 39-188. Compare with your old operator and see what you think.
