Looming for replacement balances for Gerkin window 4100 series. 1/2 inch jam track. Sash weighs 20lbs. Existing balance is 27.5" from top to bottom of rod.

Thanks for reaching out. These appear to be a dual jamb liner spring but there is a possibility that we may be able to offer a replacement for this part. To start, may I please see a photo of the pivot bar that goes in the pivot shoe?
I can't make any guarantees that we can offer a replacement but we'd be happy to take a look.
