Get a new handle or sash

We may be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of the interior handle? It would also be helpful if you could write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center. 

My recommendation would be the 82-030 as long as the thumb lever is centered. This part measures 3-15/16" on the installation hole centers as well. Take a look and let me know if you have any questions.
