Looking to replace 150 cranks on casement windows. The arm size is 11" center on center.

It appears you have the older style Getty operators which are no longer available with the 11" arm. I would suggest using the 39-044 and 39-045 Getty operators with the 9" arm along with the 39-504 track. Review the specifications for these parts and see what you think.
