"Getty' Phila Window Crank Replacement

A quick learner from South Dennis says:

Hi- We own an old house and by accident today I found a "Getty' Phila. brand on the arm of the casement window. I have about ten of these windows and would like to replace them crank out assembly on some. However, I don't know how to disengage the arm from the window. Your video was very helpful but the arm does not disengage the way it was shown on that video, I have a version from the 60"s. Can you help me with this because I certainly don't want to break anything and be unable to put the arm/ crank back together again. Thanks, Terance

Hi, Terance. Can we get a photo of the operator with the window open as far as possible? We need to see the end of the arm in order to figure out how it disengages.

A quick learner from South Dennis says:
Hi Ben- I hope these help. If not, let me know and I will try to take some other ones.
Thanks

Hey Terrance,

This looks similar to our 39-020 wood window crank. Take a look and carefully compare all measurements and dimensions to see if it matches what you have. Get back to us if you have any questions!
