Hi. Rt hand window crank just won't start opening the Window. Give it a push - and away it goes. See pics. Some teeth are stripped on the arm. Is there a replacement arm? Thx. RH

Unfortunately, those arms cannot be replaced. You need a new operator. Look at our 39-020 and 39-021 and compare their measurements to your own hardware to see how well they match.

Also, before you install the new operator, oil up the hinges on your casement window so that they will move more freely.
