Getty crank for Jackson B. Hallett house

A quick learner from Midlands, Michigan says:

We’re looking for a Getty crank arm replacement for a 1960s “Jackson B. Hallett” house.

I hope the enclosed pictures will help to find a replacement.

Hello, Birgit!

This operator definitely looks familiar. How about our 39-020? Compare it to what you have and let me know how they match up.
A home owner says:
Hi Tom,

Thanks for your fast reply! It looks fine!
As we have to replace only the crank arms of the operators can we purchase these arms separately?

Best regards

Unfortunately, no. The arms actually aren't meant to be removed, and if they are then I don't think there's any easy way to get them back on. You would have to replace the entire operator.
