Giesse single arm casement operator

Thanks for reaching out to us! I'm afraid we're not familiar with this operator at first glance. Can you show us a photo of what the arm connects to on the sash? 

Thank you for waiting while we looked into this. We believe the operator in your photos is obsolete. Do you have an under-mount track? If so, take a look at the 39-366 operator and 39-504 track. If you have a face-mount track, see the 39-028E operator and 39-533 track. The 39-114L is the compatible handle (sold separately).
