Glass Dirty between panes

Question

Double pane glass window fogged. Pictures of the two labels and the fogging in the glass. Would like to fix this for a clear view.

Greetings, I'm afraid to say that your insulate glass has gone bad. You can't take them apart and clean them since the two pieces of glass are sealed. You can either have your local glass shop come to your house or bring your sash to them. They'll be able to replace your glass with a new insulated glass unit.
