Glass Patio door handle & lock

Question

Hi there. We have a 12-yr old glass patio door. The handle is starting to fail and we'd like to replace it. We cannot find Any information on the make/model of the patio door or handle, so we're hoping you all are as good as people say. Please see pics and let me know what you think. The handle is approximately 10" top to bottom. Looks like screw to screw is 4"
