Glass coming out of mirror frame (part 20-121)

Question

We have an older model sliding mirror closet door that has the mirror separating from the door frame. The slider no. is 20-121 and the top rail has the wheels inserted into it.

We cannot seem to lift the door out of the tracks to take the door down for repair. The top wheels won't lift up nor the bottom separate from the track.

How can we take the door down for the repair? (Or do we have to get a company specializing in this type of installation?)

To remove the doors, first pry up under the nylon flange of the bottom guides (23-026) to disengage it from the bottom track. Then swing the bottom of the doors in to unhook the top wheels (23-027) from the top track.
