Thanks for your post! This thumb latch be replaced with the 82-043 Andersen Tribeca Thumb Latch Replacement. It is compatible with the 82-037 Andersen Reachout Deadlock Assembly, 2-Panel.
Compare each of their dimensions to your hardware to confirm that these are the replacements you need.
