Glass door retainer

The make of the patio doors is unknown as there are no markings of any kind anywhere.I believe they are original to the home which was built in 1977. There are 6 of these doors and each door uses two of these retainers. They are uses to retain the stationary panel by being attached to the panel and the jamb of the door
