Hi there!
This appears to be just the inner housing of a complete roller assembly. There should be an outer housing to go with it. It's likely still installed in the door so we would need to see a complete roller put together in order to narrow down some options.

There's another screw above the screw on the roller but it holds the whole bottom door section of to the uprights or frame of the door.
