Glass door roller assembly

Hello and good evening, my name is Skip and I'm trying to find the appropriate roller assembly for my sliding glass door. I am unsure of any manufacturer or model number of the door or the roller assembly. Roller wheel is made of nylon and the door is from a house built in 1958. Door has two roller assemblies, each with one wheel and two tabs on top of each assembly that lock into notches in the door. The current nylon wheel has spread out over time keeping the wheel from spinning, therefor drags on the frame rails. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello everyone at Swisco, Chris here and I've been chatting with Casey who has been very helpful about identifying my glass door rollers. Unfortunately I wasn't able to upload my photos on your website so I'm including them in this email. Thank you all so much for helping us shut our doors again! :)

P.S. There are two roller assemblies, one on either side of the door and the assembly has one nylon roller each, with two little tabs on the top to lock into the frame of the door.
