Glass door slider

Question

Our 1600 Series SGD glass door does not open and it appears the plastic strip at the bottom came away from the end and looks buckled. Can you ID this part and can you help me locate it? Thank you!

I'm not too sure what you're describing but I wonder if it could be the track. We sell the 80-106 for sliding glass doors and the 80-111 for sliding screen doors. Take a look at the specifications and see what you think.
