You should review its dimensions to verify that they line up, but otherwise I feel very confident that this is what you want.

For the handle set, you have a few choices. See our 82-020 for something that matches the original style. We also have the 82-030 for a more modern design. As long as the hole spacing on your original handle set is the same at 3-15/16" then either one of these will work, it's just a matter of which design you prefer.
