Thanks for reaching out to us! The screws for this handle set can be found on the side of the handle's mounting bracket. You'll need to open the door to be able to access them.

We do not have an exact replacement for this set but I believe the 82-030 Sliding Patio Door Handle Set should work as a suitable alternative. It engages with the internal lock in the center. I suspect the existing set operates in the same manner.

Be sure to compare the measurement for the distance between the installation holes to confirm.
