Glass patio lock

We carry a handful of recessed handle sets similar to yours but, unfortunately, they are not designed to use a pull handle on the outside of the door. We do carry a few compatible pulls but they are only intended to be installed on the inside. 

To determine if any of our handle sets of pulls could work for you, we'd need you to write out the exact distance between the top and bottom installation hole centers to compare to our inventory. We'd also need to see a clear photo of the bottom of the inside handle where the latch is mounted. Lastly, we would need to determine the orientation and position of the locking hook that engages with the keeper shown in your first photo. Thank you!
