Glass patio table,corner plastic pieces that hold legs need to be replaced

I removed the legs on a glass patio table, each leg was held in place by a rectangular plastic piece in each corner of the
Rectangular table. There are no numbers on the corner pieces, each piece is 1 1/2 " long,3/4" high,1 1/2" wide,
