Glass slider lock handle mechanism

A home owner from Florida says:
The bottom screw will not tighten. I'm assuming the inner thread are stripped. Do I need an entire new lock mechanism? I have attached pics from both inside and outside as well as model from sticker inside of frame. From screw hole to screw hole it measures 6 5/8".

Paul from SWISCO responded:
Yes, it looks like you would need an entirely new lock. Please take a look at our 82-008 Daryl Sliding Door Handle. Your pull looks okay, but if you need one, you might want to look at our 88-009 Patio Glass Door Pull.
A home owner from Cumming, GA says:
Hello, the screws are stripped out on my door handle. Does this look like a 82-008K could be the replacement part? And can I use the same pull handle that I have now? Thanks for your help.

Tom from SWISCO responded:
Thanks for posting! I agree, your handle looks to be very close to our 82-008K Daryl Sliding Door Keyed Handle. As Paul said above, it's possible to re-use the pull, but should you need a replacement please see our 88-009.
