Glass sliding door handle lock swich part broken

Please kindly help us identify which model of the glass sliding door handle swich part I will need to buy. The door was installed in 2003. But can not find out what brand of the door. The sliding door size is about 48" wide x 78" hight. White color . The puctures were attached. Thank you very much and look forward to hearing from you soon.
