Thanks for getting back to us. This Acme guide isn't made anymore but the 23-093 has been recommended to replace it in the past. The design is different but it should function the same way. Review the specifications below and see what you think.

Unfortunately, we do not carry a version of this top roller with a smaller wheel, which is shown as 7/8" in the product image above. With that being said, this part was made by the manufacturer to replace the top guide shown in your photos and past customers have been able to install it without too much trouble. If you decide to give it a try and run into any trouble, our return policy can be found here.

Received the 23-093 rollers but they are the wrong way round. The rollers need to be opposite to the way they are now.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble. I'm not sure that I understand what you mean, though. Can you clarify? A picture may also help.
