Two options come to mind when looking at the drawing of your glazing bead: 55-011 and 55-114. Look these both over to see if any one of these pieces would work.

I have received both, they are very close. One sample slips in too easily and the other I cannot get in by hand. I am assuming they should fit in tight and by hand? It looks to me I have two choices 1)use the loose one an use some clear silicone 2)on the tight one use a rubber hammer and a wood drift (scary). Would you agree that number 1 is my best option. thanks again Rich

Thanks for getting back to us. Can you specify which one was too lose and which one was too difficult to put in?

Otherwise, one Idea would be to file or cut down the tight glazing bead just a little to fit. However you do want a tight fit, just as long as it's not so tight that it will damage the glass. You could use the loose glazing bead with some clear silicone or possibly some double stick tape.
