Glazing bead

Hello,
I needed glazing beads for my windows and ordered product 55-192 based on the similarities and measurements. However, when I was trying to install the new glazing bead, I noticed it would not properly sit in the opening and was a bit loose. I attached some pictures of my old glazing bead (picture # 1) and a side-by-side comparison of the old and new glazing beads (pictures # 2 & 3). Would you please let me know if I ordered the wrong or right product? The two glazing beads are very similar. The only difference that I could see is mine has a little smaller seat (the 90-degree corner in the middle of the glazing bead), whereas your seat is a little bigger (and probably that's why the new glazing bead is loose and does not sit properly).

Thank you very much for your response. I do not think I can return the 55-192 because I cut it into 3 pieces to install on my windows. Do you have any refund options for this case?

Regarding the 55-164, could you please send me a small piece so I can check if it fits better before I order a large piece?
