Glazing gasket replacement

I don't know the correct name for the item I am trying to replace. I have seen it called a glazing gasket. It seals the outside of the window between the window and the frame. Mine is dry rotted and separating and water is leaking into the home. It is a half round window above a double window And the bottom horizontal area is where water is leaking into the top of the double window.
