Glazing strips

A home owner from Houston says:

Help! Over the years (about 40 years) these glazing strips have dried out and deteriorated to the point they are coming out or their tracks, especially at the bottoms of south and west facing windows. We need to replace them. Can you help us?

We believe these aluminum frame windows were manufactured by a company in Houston, Texas, about 1994, but we do not know the name. We have tried Swisco parts 55-030-6 and 55-202-6 but they are both too big (55-030-6 is close, but is not quite the right shape to fit properly in the track).

Thanks for your help.

Thank you for your patience in this matter, Chris. We don't currently carry this glazing, but thanks to your great pictures we were able to find a very close match that I think will work for you. Please give us a little time to have stock made up for you and I'll let you know when it becomes available.

A home owner from Houston says:
Great! Thanks, Tom. I'll be looking for your message.
Cheers, Chris.
