Trying to replace drawer bumpers on our glide out shelves
1 1/4 inch long, 1/2 inch deep at tall end. 1/4 inch deep at narrow edge
Unsure where yours are measured for the 3/4 inch

The 3/4" measurement includes that "lip" at the end. Looking at your photo, it does appear that the 32-347 is similar. I think it's the closest thing we could provide. Maybe you can adapt it to your drawer regardless.
