Glide lock

Question

Are these still available. Our house, built in 1957 has plastic glide locks. There is one metal one. Are they available in both materials, still. How much are they, if available?

Thanks for writing in. I'm afraid I'm not entirely sure what you mean by glide lock. This is not a term I'm familiar with. This actually looks like a push bar, like our 39-370. Could this be what you need? If so, keep in mind this kind of hardware isn't really made anymore, as manufacturers moved away from this design a while ago. This may be your closest option. Let me know what you think.
