Glider??

It came loose from the top of the window. We think it's a glider. We don't know what it's called.

It appears that you are in need of a new hinge slider. Unfortuantely this piece is not available by itself. A new hinge will be needed. Please start by reviewing the 36-048 2-bar hinge set that has a 10" sill track. Please note that both the top and bottom hinges would need to replaced at the same time.
