Glue on weep cover with flap 2 1/2" x 1/2 for Lincoln doors

Hi there,

Looking for weep covers with flap for Lincoln patio doors in a clay color that you can glue on. Most I have seen are of the snap in variety. Can you please recommend an appropriate part?
