Goes in the sill under the window to keep it from falling down

This looks like half of the old Simonton pivot shoe. Now, this particular shoe isn't made anymore, but you can use our 15-192 as a substitute. There's just one important caveat: your current pivot bar will not work in the center metal cam of our 15-192. You will need to reuse your old metal cam in the new 15-192 nylon housing. Will that be possible? If not, let me know and we can find a way around it. There are other ways of adapting this for use but they're a bit more of a hassle.
