Window Repair Assistance

Question

My home has vinyl windows which were installed in March 2001.  Unfortunately there are no window markings that show the manufacture of these windows.  The window coil system on two of those windows have failed and I'm hoping to find a suitable replacement.  Pictures 4 & 5 show an aluminum support rod which is held in place under the bottom corners with two screws on each side of the window.  The coils seem to be in usable shape, but the plastic portions and aluminum definitely need to be replaced.  Any help you can provide will be greatly appreciated!

I'd recommend starting by comparing the S140-10 coil balance to an intact version fo your assembly removed from the window. We'll include the dimensions from our product page below.

As for your pivot bar, we'd need to see an intact version of that part uninstalled as well to narrow down your options. Thank you!
