I was hoping that you may be able to help me I've been tiring to get this part for my windows (jalousie windows) I'm going to need 28 clips

I'm afraid that we don't have an exact match for this clip. The only thing we carry that comes close is our 39-538, though I cannot guarantee that these will work for your window. It is very likely that yours are too old to be around anymore. 

If the 39-538 won't work for you, then your next step should be to contact a local mom and pop hardware store who may still have older parts in stock.
