Gorell window springs have broken

I have gorell windows or at least thats what i was sold that are 15 years old and the balance spring mechanism has broke on several of the windows. I have included pictures. just wondering if you carry the replacement parts or is there a different style balance i could use?

We do carry these parts, yes! See our 15-087 pivot housing, which is designed to be used with the Series 180 coil spring. I feel confident that these parts will work for you.

How do you get the old ones out of the track - there is no cut out like on other windows i have seen on line

If your window tracks lack a cutout, then my recommendation would be to make your own. Please see the video below for instructions on how that can be done.
