I need to replace bottom mechanism. Do I have to replace top mechanism also when I do the bottom?. Window size is 46" high and 16" wide. Paul

Hey Paul. See if the 36-004-10 10" Hinge matches up. Look over the dimensions and compare with your old window hinges. Yes, we advise replacing both top and bottom hinges in the window at the same time. Let me know if you have further questions.
