Gorrell Casement window weather stripping

We need replacement weatherstrip for Gorrell vinyl casement Windows. There is printed Q-LON on the weather strip
The weatherstripping has a vinyl covered T shaped , rigid plastic part that slides into a 1/8 inch groove along the outer edge of the frame surrounding the glass.
The slide in tang is 1/4 inch in depth , the vinyl covered foam is 1/2 inch in depth from the tang
