I'm afraid I can't tell what you have from this picture alone. The best match for your release lever depends on the size and spacing of the forks. You'll need to measure the distance between the two prongs on the underside, as well as the overall width of both prongs. Can you also show us a photo of the internal latch removed from the window?
As for the keeper, we don't sell an exact match. The 90-257 and 90-283 come to mind but I'm not sure either are what you need. I recommend you compare our specifications with yours to confirm.
Thank you! Unfortunately, we don't sell a replacement for the latches shown here. You might want to see if you could convert to a surface mount latch depending on the space you have. Take a look at the video below that will guide you through every step of this process.
