Got new balances from you... they look great but when I took out the window both side had broken white plastic pieces....HELP

Please help me fix my windows... got new balances but found plastics piece broken on both sides....one screw holds it in... I don't have the piece to show you. Mark

I can't be sure without seeing an undamaged version, but see if the 18-008 or 18-008H Top Sash Guides match up. Compare both with an undamaged guide to see if either match up.
