Grab handle and plate

A quick learner from North Carolina says:

wooden handle goes to nearly 11 inches the screws are at base at as bout 1/2 inch the other st 51/2 two holes on middle of this is 21/2 and other at 31/2.

The other handles has screws at 1/4 and other at 51/4.

Unfortunately, we don't have anything exactly like this in our inventory since it is an older piece of hardware.
