Grant drawer rollers.

They have no numbers on them, they are 2 per drawer, the have Grant DL, and Grant DR, marked on each set. 1 DL, and 1 DR per drawer, the roller is a ball bearing type with a diameter of 5/8". The bracket is 2 3/4" long.
